Key Executive
Terry Patch, founder and President of andre david & associates, inc. established the company over 30 years ago to provide executive search and human resources consulting services to corporations on a national level and in multiple industries. Mr. Patch has a master’s degree in human resources from Loyola University (Chicago) and received certification from Southern Methodist University in conflict management (Alternative Dispute Resolution). He began his human resources career with Argonne National Laboratory subsequently continuing his profession with Frito Lay, Inc. Mr. Patch has extensive and diverse experience in specialist human resources assignments including, mediation, employee relations and labor relations, staffing, training and compensation.
Mr. Patch is a trained mediator and arbitrator. He has conducted hundreds of mediations for Dispute Mediation Service, Inc. (DMS) and regularly conducted its 40-hour basic training for executives and attorneys. Mr. Patch has also served on the Board of Directors of that organization as Vice-President. He currently conducts family, civil and contract mediations for Dallas County DISPUTE Resolution Center (DCDRC).
For some years now, he has worked with a number of Cornell University first year MBA students coaching them one-on-one while also providing counsel and mentorship. Mr. Patch has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and in Dallas-based DMagazine on the topic of his recruiting practices and techniques.
