Executive Search Process

Our executive search process subscribes to a straightforward model. We conduct a client needs assessment to determine the engagement parameters. andre david & associates, inc. then develops a strategy map to determine the direction and focus of the research on targeted organizations and prospective candidates.

We prepare a progress report as we screen and interview candidates. Should specific issues arise that ultimately impede the progress of the search, we will work in conjunction with the client to resolve them. Following our initial screening process, a candidate slate is presented and interviews with the client are scheduled.  As references and degrees are verified, we prepare the candidate and assist in the offer presentation.

We also continue our support and service for a three-month period after the search engagement has been completed. andre david & associates, inc. follows up with the client and the newly hired executive to assist in the assimilation process.
